देखना है जोर कितना बाजु -ऐ-कातिल में है

Two physiotherapist critical, Dr Jagat singh and Dr Ravi dugal admitted in G.M.C, no effect on Govt
JAMMU, Mar 5: Jammu Kashmir Physiotherapists Association (JKDPA) dharna entered 103rd day at Mubarak Mandi meanwhile hunger strike by three physiotherapy doctors from Haryana and Rajasthan entered 3rdnd day here today.
Jagat Singh, President, Haryana Physiotherapists Association (HPA) said that this is just the start and if the Government doesn't turn up with a fruitful policy, he will die rather than to take even a drop of water. He added that the non-serious attitude of the Government has proved that it is better to have a dictatorship and to die once than daily in divided doses.
Dr Mandeep Singh, Dr Pardeep Mahotra, Activists, JKPA, also took a strong exception to the acts of Government. They said that this type of inhuman nature is not tolerable in any matured society and public is aware enough to strike out the federal type of Government.
Dr Ravi from Panipat said that whenever in the history such a repressive politics has been used, then a mass movement has taken place. No body can deprive us from basic rights to live with dignity.
Vimal Manhas, President JKPA, added that health of Rakesh Verma is critical and still no medical aid has been provided to the hunger strikers. He warned that if anything happens to him, then the government should be prepared to face the worst results.

JAMMU, Mar 3: Jammu Kashmir Physiotherapists Association (JKPA) dharna entered 101nd day at Mubarak Mandi meanwhile hunger strike by three physiotherapy doctors from Haryana and Rajasthan.
Jagat Singh, President, Haryana Physiotherapists Association (HPA) said that this is just the start and if the Government doesn't turn up with a fruitful policy, he will die rather than to take even a drop of water. Protest started from Shalamar Hospital via Indira Chowk and ended at Sectrait. It was really unfortunate when police reacted and assaulted, members of JKPA and joined by Physiotherapist of the Nation too. Because of which, JKPA members Dr. Sanobar, Dr. Neha along with President ofHaryana Physiotherapist Association (HPA) Dr. Jagat Singh was Injured and arrested too. Dr. Jagat, Dr. Neha got fractures.
After this merciless behaviors of Government and Cops trained by Government to suppress the voices of peaceful Physiotherapist of the Nation. Who gave flowers in answer of police manhandling done many times before on instructions of the State Government.
JKPA leaders along with 70 members were arrested by the police and were kept in different police stations later on released. The Leaders Arrested were Dr. Vimal Singh Manhas, Dr. Akash Manhas, Dr. Salman Khan, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Dr. Neha Bakshi, Dr. Sanobar Bashir, & Dr. Jagat Singh (President HPA) along with other members were with held.
In the evening, at Dharna Site Sh. Abdul Rehman Tucru Ex- MLC (CPI), Kamal Dev, State Secretary (CPI), Rajinder Singh Manhas (PDP), Mr. Victor Dhissa (National Vice President AISF), Pardesh Chandel (Leader AIYF - Himachal Pardesh) with & Mohd. Yousaf Taregami Extended full support to JKPA & assured their support to the JKPA members and joined the protest too in Support of JKPA and warned the Government to early come up with a handsome policy otherwise in favor of JKPA otherwise Physiotherapist & all other student organizations will also join JKPA for their cause. And Jammu Kashmir Government will be responsible for the mass protest throughout the nation.

President - Haryana Physiotherapist Association (HPA) Dr. Jagat Singh addressed a Press Conference at Mubarak Mandi under the banner of Jammu Kashmir Physiotherapist Association (JKPA) on 90th Day. Dr. Jagat While addressing Said there are 40 million unemployed youth in our country where majority is youth which accounts nearly 65 % of the general population.
He said according to Human Development Index report of 2009-2010 there 9.4 % increase unemployment & there are 9 Lakh Physiotherapist unemployed all over India, Who are demanding a comprehensive employment policy and Physiotherapy Council of India to regulate the profession in the whole country. He also condemned the lathi Charge by Police yesterday in which he was himself leading the movement. He said that Jammu & Kashmir Government is regularly recruiting the Police & state is becoming a military state or a democratic State. He also Quoted that Cops are being specially trained for dealing the protest mainly to suppress them.
He assured JKPA that HPA is always with them and very soon will launch a joint Nation Wide Struggle.

24 feb2011 Jammu Kashmir Physiotherapist Association (JKPA) marched towards Civil Sectrait on the 94th day of their strike for their Genuine Demands.
Physiotherapist started their march from Mubarak Mandi. The police cops immediately formed barricades and to prevent their rally towards the seatrait.
Physiotherapist were heavily Cane Charged by the Cops. More than Seven Physiotherapist were injured in the Protest. Three girls and four boys were injured in Police – Physiotherapist Clash.
The State Government is using unnecessary pressure tactics to tackle with the situation. Earlier Government has used delayed tactics to demoralize the Physiotherapist but Government has totally failed to suppress the moment of Physiotherapists.
Meanwhile, Haryana Physiotherapist Association (HPA) President has extended full support to JKPA. He also addressed the JKPA rally and promised them that Haryana Physiotherapist Association will also protest for JKPA in Haryana Dr. Sandeep Singh Chib announced non-cooperation movement and has asked the Physiotherapist to support JKPA fully.
Dr. Vimak Singh Manhas has warned the State Government to consider their demands. He also announced that Physiotherapist will not treat Policemen, Burocrates & Politicians in the near future.

This is the most famous strike for Physiotherapy History & biggest for any profession. This srike has awakened the Physiotherapist of the Whole country. The Physiotherapist of JKPA has got the Suppor tfrom the Whole Physiotherapist & Physiotherapy Community of the Nation.
JKPA has recived the letters from maby associations of the Physiotherapist of the Country i.e. Qualified Physiotherapist Association, Punjab Physiotherapist Association, Rajesthan Physiotherapist Association etc.
JKPA has warned the State Government to consider their demands as soon as possible otherwise. we are forced to launch agitation very intensively for our genuine cause not only in State but in whole Contry in Comming Future.
