HPA CAMPAIGN REACH TO SIRSA , ALL MOST ALL JOIN IT , SENSIBLE COMMITMENT FROM STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONALS .


27/4/2011, Sirsa , Today 100 percent  student and PT staff of J.C.D. COLLAGE OF PHYSIOTHERAPY  took participation in HPA Memorandum Campaign and said that they are always with HPA , now they are feeling unsecured future, There is no employment policy, and there is no governing body for the regulation of physiotherapy education standards & physiotherapy professional norms
The Professionals & Students discussed the various problem and raised their concern over the non-serious attitude of the Government agencies.

The Mr. Rakesh Verma (PT) said that " THIS IS THE DUTY OF THE GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE AND BULID PROPER INFRASTRCUTE FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE WHO REQUIRE IMMIDIEATE CARE BUT ITS SHAME ON GOVERNMENT .HE SAID THAT ONLY 3 POST WERE  FIELD BY GOVERNMENT FROM LAST 24 YEAR "
Dr Verender Puri raise the issue and said that "They are doing this to awaken the sleeping Govt. & its paralytic systems, because they are behaving as total immune & resistant to the Public woes & worries. May be this endeavors of theirs could cause any feeble voice of common man to reach their deafened ears."

HPA members said that it is just the starting and in future we will take our revolution to next level.


·     Students including Interns of  Physiotherapy collages posted Memorandum on there personal account to the ministry of health for the genuine demands.
·        They also participated in the postcard campaign started by Prof. Uma Shankar Mohanty the founder of MTFI for the demand of  Independent council of Physiotherapy .

Date 18 -4-2011 ,Panipat The  HOD of Prem Physiotherapy and  Rehabilitation collage DR Vinay Jagga said that  
99percent of the patients who are on continuous medicines can be effectively controlled & cured by Physiotherapy techniques, if and only if govt. could introduce the Physiotherapy at its Real Place i.e. Primary Level of Heath Care”   The state president of HPA said that “The campaign is not mainly linked with jobs but it is closely linked with the concept of a healthy society .Physiotherapist are ready to give there services for the society but the government is not ready to provide proper opportunity and jobs for this purpose”.
           In the memorandums HPA members appeal to the government for following demands and Near about hundred memorandums send to Sh Roa Nerander singh Health minister Haryana,  and 100 postcard send to DR Manmohan singh Prim Minister of India
        
1. Separate State and National Physiotherapy council for the regulation of physiotherapy education standards & physiotherapy professional norms.

 2. Absorption of all unemployed physiotherapists as Physiotherapy Medical Officer (Gazetted) through P.S.C. in the pay scale equivalent to MBBS/BAMS/BDS/BHMS/BUMS & all related provision in accordance to Medical Faculty.

3. Opening of Government Physiotherapy College for Professionals B.P.T. (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) M.P.T Course.
           
 4. Creation of posts for Physiotherapy Doctors at State, District, Community, PHC levels.
          
 5. Separate Physiotherapy Hospital / Independent Physiotherapy Departments at each level for    Patients treatments & Physiotherapy Students Training 
HPA members said that it is just the starting and in future we  will take our revolution to next level and will fill the dustbins at Health Ministry Haryana ,till our demands are fulfilled.
